LADDER OF DEVELOPMENT Foundation (www.drabina.org) was founded at Psychotherapy and Psychoeducation Centre LADDER (www.psychodrabina.pl). The ‘LADDER’ symbolises overcoming subsequent thresholds and barriers in personal and professional life. Climbing the ladder rungs, as every process, requires effort, however it eventually teaches how to find a person’s own way of development and overcome difficulties. As we climb the rungs higher and higher, it is easier to accomplish different tasks and look at problems from different point of view.

The Foundation helps:

• Family, in many areas of social, personal and emotional life
• Parents, in raising their children
• Women, in combining many life roles
• Young people, at puberty

The LADDER has carried out nationwide campaign ‘There’s always a way out’, the main aim of which was to start a helpline for young people, their parents and teachers.
