EU Law - funds
- We advise in the scope of performing business activity in internal market of the EU, with application of EU regulations on free movement of goods, free movement of persons, freedom to provide services and free movement of capital,
- We provide overall legal support in obtaining financial resources from the EU, including providing basic information on the available financing, preparation of application for financing (relating to any available structural programmes), feasibility study, environmental study, marketing plan, economic and financial analysis, help in obtaining credit for co-financing of the investment,
- We manage the obtained funds and assist in all matters relating to the investment from preparing the application to obtaining the financing,
- We manage projects, including preparation of the building projection, reporting, preparation of the application for payment, we oversee the marketing of projects,
- We assist businesses on obtaining tax exemptions relating to Special Economic Zones in the scope of corporate income tax, real property tax and tax incentives relating to the performance of research & development activity.

Intellectual Property Law
- We advise on registration of trade marks, patents and rights to designs,
- We prepare and review any necessary documentation and correspondence in proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, including the notification proceedings,
- We review agreements concerning transfer of copyrights and license agreements, marketing agreements, sponsoring agreements, agency agreements, franchising agreements and outsourcing agreements – in the scope of intellectual property law,
- We handle litigation matters before the Polish Patent Office as well as represent our Clients before administrative courts in matters relating to complaints on decisions of the Patent Office,
- We represent our Clients in litigation matters relating to intellectual property before common courts, including matters concerning rights to European trademarks; we advise on matters relating to Internet domains, including litigation matters heard by common courts,
- We advise on press law and infringements of personal interest, including protection of image.

Competition Law
- We prepare notifications of the intended concentrations and opinions concerning merger control,
- We prepare full documentation for notifying the intended concentration to the President of the Competition and Customer
- Protection relating to the intended transactions or documentation justifying lack of the obligation of notification; in case of notifications, we provide legal argumentation justifying optimal interpretation of legal provisions concerning notifications of concentrations,
- We advise our Clients on prohibitions regarding practices restricting competition and abuse of dominant position; we review draft agreements for the purpose of avoiding the risk of classifying their provisions as arrangements restricting competition,
- We represent our Clients before the President of Competition and Customer Protection in the above matters.
