Service provision

We offer such Legal Services as: Legal Advice, Legal Opinion, Draft of Agreement, Draft of Letter, Legal Audit, Entity Registration and Legal Representation consisting in representation by professional plenipotentiary (attorney-at-law or legal adviser) before common courts of law, Supreme Court, administrative courts and bodies.

In order to use the Legal Service please fill in the Application Form and precisely formulate legal question and – if necessary – describe facts of the case. If needed, the Law Office will ask for enclosing all necessary documents. Legal assessment is made only to the extent resulting from facts of the case, legal question stipulated by you and from enclosed documents. The law office will give the Answer for the sent Application Form by conducting an evaluation and final definition of the Legal Service.

The remuneration is paid on the Law Office’s bank account indicated in the Answer, sent by the Law Office as a result of the receipt of the Application Form. Performance of the ordered Service come after receiving from you the payment of remuneration.

Time period required for carrying out of the Entity Registration and duration of Legal Representation is determined individually in the Answer. Above terms may be changed depending on presented facts of the case and precision of information passed by the Client.
