- We handle litigation matters before the Polish Patent Office as well as represent our Clients before administrative courts in matters relating to complaints on decisions of the Patent Office,
- We represent our Clients in litigation matters relating to intellectual property before common courts, including matters concerning rights to European trademarks; we advise on matters relating to Internet domains, including litigation matters heard by common courts,
- We advise on press law and infringements of personal interest, including protection of image.
