  • We draft general terms and conditions of agreements, template agreements and regulations, with due regard to special circumstances arising under the banking law,
  • We prepare legal opinions relating to documentation applied in banking practice, granting loans, including assessment of creditworthiness and rules of concentration of engagement,
  • We advise on day-to-day operations of banks and other financial institutions,
  • We represent our Clients during land and mortgage register proceedings and proceedings regarding entry in the register of pledges, in particular with regard to creating securities for banks,
  • We represent out Clients in court proceedings and enforcement proceedings with due regard to the specific circumstances pertaining to bank receivables.
