  • We prepare full documentation for notifying the intended concentration to the President of the Competition and Customer
  • Protection relating to the intended transactions or documentation justifying lack of the obligation of notification; in case of notifications, we provide legal argumentation justifying optimal interpretation of legal provisions concerning notifications of concentrations,
  • We advise our Clients on prohibitions regarding practices restricting competition and abuse of dominant position; we review draft agreements for the purpose of avoiding the risk of classifying their provisions as arrangements restricting competition,
  • We represent our Clients before the President of Competition and Customer Protection in the above matters.
